Banded Roman Shades with a Valence

This fabric has a dragon motif woven within. We wanted to bring some red accents into this room that uses Restoration Hardware paint color Silver Sage. To do that, we added a 2-1/2" banding along the edges and bottom of the shades and the valence. It creates a harmonious look to the room and gives us the red we so desire.
