Middle America - so many many miles of farmland, barns, silos. Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee - people of the land. Such a vast and beautiful country we live in.

My background is in fashion design and textiles. I

My background is in fashion design and textiles. I had the good fortune to be trained by some incredible crafts-women at a young age. Bead workers, designers, the first woman President of the American Tailoring Association. I did not speak the same language as several of these women but we shared the language of beautiful textiles that draped the body perfectly. The Buckhead area of Atlanta has some wonderful older homes with lots of character. This one was no exception! The simplicity of white drapery & shade fabric with a schumacher embroidered trim provided the touches these spaces needed. It’s always a pleasure to help our clients enjoy their homes!
